Help needed with 651S-1

Hello, I am new to the forum. Just purchased a 651S-1 off ePay, and am looking for parts/info to help me restore it. Reverse engineered the power connector last night, and fired it up, and it works!
I could use direction on where to get parts, especially cosmetic parts like knobs, and maybe a front panel. Mine was particularly abused, but works like it's new out of the box.

I have a model 522-4836-186; I'm curious the vintage of this receiver, as well as perhaps what agency/customer it may have originally been made for, and what options it is supposed to have.

Is there anyone who does repair work on 651S-1 boards?

I have a VCO board which needs repair or perhaps simply adjustment.
