Hallo,
since 1week i have a 30l-1 on Hand looks god but it is not working, i think.
This is was the Linear is doing right now.
I tune my 32s-3 to the Antenna and everything is working fine.
i switch on the Linear an go to the Dummyload for tuning but only 200 -300 Wtts are comming out but with with nice VswR.
Then I switch to the Antenna an absolut mismatch i can read out and it is no way to tune the Antenna to the Linear.
The Antenna and the tuner are working because i run another 1000Wtts Linear at this system, so iam thinking the 30l-1 is working not correct.
I need help with troubleshooting where i have to look first.

What are the indications on the 30L-1's meter. It should show the amount of drive that's being produced. Then do the obvious checks for LV and HV with extreme caution!!!! I'm on the look out for a nice clean one of these fine examples of craftmanship.

thanks for the response.
The Minor error was the Relay it go to the transmit position by switch on the Linear. The 30Ohm Resistor near the Output Connentor burned out.
What iam doing
Replace the Relay with a Homemade one from junk, the relay have a HF shot in the Coil i replace the coil and winding a new one, now it is working perfect, Grid Voltage is about 2V.
I replace all 47Ohm Resistors because two are off spec (90ohm)
I spend a set of new matched 811A Tubes.
Wiring all coaxkabels new. clean the switches, check all Voltage.
OK the Linear now is working perfect and i make my first QSO today.
The Line is now complete.
