AC Power line protection Options

With several radios and a somewhat noisy house (ac power), I'm curious to know what hams are using for "protected" power strips that help reduce the noise and of course to protect against power surge,etc.

I use a large APC for power bumps & brown outs....
Don't believe that it cleans the AC sine wave any though...
Triplet makes a line conditioner for around a 100 bucks, looking into that as it will clean up my APC sine wave when it comes on...
