Location: Wynnewood,PA.

Hello ALL.......I just got my first Collins Radio ( KWS-1 )and was wondering if it is safe to transport it with the bottom unit laying on its side with the back down ? I am moving It with a SUV and might have room for It standing up...but not sure If I have clearing for the 30 inch of height ? Any help would VERY THANKFUL ! ! !

Should not be a problem. I moved mine from Dallas to Michigan just as you described.
