32v2 physical reassembly

I "inherited" a 32V2 project, and have a question.

The Front Panel and several of the sub-assemblies were semi-removed.

This caused the shaft that turns the slug-tuning Cam's to become separate from the gear-train that turns it. There is a shaft-isolator with a pair of prongs on each side (front, back) of a center insulator. They want to go in at 90' from each other.

I am wondering how this ought be mechanically put back together.

I'd guess that the Freq dial should be fully CCW.
How about the CAM shaft ?

Any thoughts ?
