CCA Annual Awards Banquet Reservations -
Saturday Night, May 19th at Dayton
Please make your reservations before May 1, 2007, space is very limited
We expect to have another excellent banquet program this year...watch here for more details soon. We will also have our
annual award presentations and CCA Collins raffle. The dinner will be at the
Holiday Inn Dayton North along with all other Hamvention CCA activities. The dinner is sit down-style and the food will be superb!
Banquet reservations will be handled by the CCA. Please print and complete the form below and mail it with your check payable to the Collins Collectors Association by May 1, 2007. Your canceled
check is your confirmation. The banquet is Saturday night, May 19th. Custom name badges will be available at the Banquet door on Friday night. Hospitality
rooms will be open on Thursday and Saturday nights. Cash bar not included in the banquet registration. If you are not yet a member of the CCA, please include an extra $20 for membership.

To confirm that we received your payment for the CCA banquet, we will post your name on the CCA banquet attendee list during the next few weeks. For more information about the Dayton Hamvention 2007, please see this Dayton Information page.
You must make your own arrangements for the Hamvention flea market, etc..
