Awards Home

The Collins Collectors Association, as part of our charter and mission in life, want to promote and reward the operation and preservation of our Collins equipment. To this end, we have decided to start an awards program that we hope you all will find exciting and challenging. Some of the rewards will come fairly easily after some attention to the details. Others are not so easy to obtain and are meant to challenge, motivate, and then reward extraordinary activities by our membership.
Below is a description of the rewards currently offered, what the requirements are, and how you can apply for them after meeting the requirements stated. There are 11 different awards available so there should be something for everyone to shoot at. Enjoy! Only active CCA members are eligible for these awards, however, past activity will count towards the awards.

Notes: Application by Postal letter is required along with the actual certifiable physical QSL cards showing the details of each contact. Each QSL card must contain active contact information for the station in QSO, so that these contacts can be sample audited. QSL cards will be safely maintained and then returned. Application should be made to the current President for processing. This is a hard one but the reward is going to be very nice indeed.
