HELP IS ON ITS WAY!
First, we will assume you have a password and are having difficulty logging in.
- Your USER ID is your Call Sign – nothing else will work, or is necessary
- The password is case sensitive.
- If you are trying to use the temporary password, be careful to copy it correctly or sweep and highlight it carefully so that you only get the password characters and no spaces.
- Then copy and paste the password into the LOGIN page.
- Once you are in the MEMBER LANDING ZONE, go to the grey man and click on “YOU” and then go down half way and enter and confirm (Two entries) your new password. Then click on the UPDATE button at the bottom of the page and log out and try your new password.
